is an intimate heartfelt offering, from both of us-a space to slow down, move with intention, and reconnect. Our shared love of yoga and embodied practices inspires us to create experiences that support, presence, curiosity, and deep care for the body and mind.
We're holding space for 15 people, a joyful week of togetherness, surrounded by like-minded souls- sharing conversation, connection, and plenty of laughter.

Find your own flow, whether it's diving in the pool or lounging in the sun, exploring the local village or going for a run, a ceramics workshop or horseback riding. This is a week to honor your unique energetic needs. and having the time to do what makes you feel most alive.

Terra Quinta
Terra Quinta, our home for the week,
is located just 40 kilometers from Lisbon. A wellness retreat center rooted in permaculture and run by two French designers with a passion for nature, art and people.
Five minutes from the village of Santo Estevao, it is composed of several buildings, including two Shalas and an art workshop.
All furniture and works of art are made in Portugal by local artisans, or by the hosts themselves.
The grounds of Terra Quinta span many hectares, with magnificent landscapes, vegetable gardens, paths, goats, a fresh saltwater pool, and many thoughtful places to gather as a group or simply read a book and take it all in.

Nourishment
Three delicious meals are enjoyed daily, in a variety of serene settings. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared using ingredients grown in the on-site gardens or sourced locally. Meals are flavorful and include meat and fish options.

Evenings begin with an aperitif featuring finger foods, local olives, and artisan bread, followed by a thoughtfully curated progression of entree, main course, and dessert - all prepared with fresh seasonal ingredients
